One of my favourite manufacturers just went up even higher in my estimation.  Not only for the figures themselves but also for their friendly and generous service.  As an example of this I recently placed an order for some figures (only 8 as it happens, see the entry for the Last Night on Earth game) whilst the team were away in America.  There was therefore a slight delay in filling the order. Not a problem for me at all and I was kept up to date with progress.  When the order was dispatched on their return it contained 2 sweets (not unusual apparently!) and an extra figure.  Not just a random figure but one that complemented those ordered.  Given the retail cost of their figures and the small order placed I thought that was very generous and an extremely pleasant surprise. 
They are very good at replying to email queries too.
Top marks to Hasslefree.  A lovely company to deal with.
